You may register for an optional written critique from a Published and Listed Member following webinar available to SCBWI Members only: $70.00 (visit https://tinyurl.com/critiquegrouptips for complete list of critiquers)
Types of critique available:
- Picture book or board book critique: 1 manuscript (max 10 pages) in a Word or pdf file.
- Other manuscript critiques: first 10 pages in a Word or pdf file.
- Illustrator portfolio critique: up to 20 images either as a link to your website portfolio or as a single pdf file.
- Dummy: one dummy as a single pdf file.
Each critiquer accepts only certain types of materials for critique. See the information below to find out which crtiquers handle which kinds of materials. You are responsible for ensuring that you are purchasing a critique that matches your work.
What you will learn
Behind every great writer is a great critique group. Learn tips for forming a critique group, being a valuable critique group member, how to handle negative feedback, and what to do when your critique group doesn’t agree. Most importantly, learn how to use feedback from your critique partners to make your manuscript the best it can be.
About the presenter
