An important message from Crystal Kite Award winner Kirby Larson:
Adrianne Haslet, daughter of the Seattle book community’s much-beloved
Chauni and Bill Haslet (owners of the now-closed All for Kids Books and
Music) was a victim of the Boston Marathon bombing. Adrianne, a
professional dancer, lost her leg below the knee. She is now in rehab
and is determined to dance again (and in fact appeared on Dancing
with the Stars!).
A fund has been
established to help her and her husband with medical and recovery
